From New York State Thruway:

Take Exit 36 to Route 81 South. Take Exit 18 (Harrison/Adams) to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Avenue. CNY Medical Center will be on your left. We are located in suite 400.

From Route 81 South:

Take Exit 18 (Harrison/Adams) to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Avenue. CNY Medical Center will be on your left. We are located in suite 400.

From Route 81 North:

Take Exit 18 (Harrison/Adams) to Adams Street. Turn right onto Adams Street and go up the hill. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Avenue. CNY Medical Center will be on your left. We are located in suite 400.

From Route 690 East:

Exit onto Route 81 South. Take Exit 18 (Harrison/Adams) to Adams Street (second light). Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Avenue. CNY Medical Center will be on your left. We are located in suite 400.

From Route 690 West:

Take Exit 13 and turn left onto Townsend Street. Take Townsend Street to Adams Street. Turn left onto Adams Street and go up the hill. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right onto Irving Avenue. CNY Medical Center will be on your left. We are located in suite 400.

Directions To Clay Medical Center:

FROM THE SOUTH:
* 81 North to Exit 24A (Liverpool, Rte 370 West):
Follow Onondaga Lake Parkway approx 2.5mi to the end. Continue straight through the light, onto Route 57. Follow Rte 57 approx 5 miles to the corner of Soule Road. Turn right into Clay Medical Center.

* 81 North to 481 North (Exit 29N) –or-

* 481 North to Exit 12 (Cicero, Baldwinsville, Great Northern Mall, Rte 31):
At the light turn left onto Route 31 West. At the next light, turn left onto Soule Rd. Continue on Soule Rd for 2 miles; turn left into Clay Medical Center (just before reaching the light at Rte 57).

FROM THE EAST:
* 690 West to Exit 4 (John Glenn Blvd):
Off the exit, veer right onto John Glenn Blvd. Follow to the intersection of John Glenn and Route 57. At the light turn left onto Rte 57. Continue on Rte 57 for 2.5 miles. Turn right into Clay Medical Center.

NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY to exit 38 (Liverpool, Route 57):

* Turn left off the exit onto Route 57. Travel 4 miles on Rte 57. Turn right into Clay Medical Center.

FROM THE NORTH:
* 481 South to Exit 12 (Cicero, Baldwinsville, Great Northern Mall, Rte 31):
Off the exit, continue straight through the light crossing over Route 31 onto Soule Road. Follow Soule Road for 2 miles. Turn left into Clay Medical Center.

* 81 South to Route 31 West:
Turn right onto Route 31 West. Follow Route 31 for approx. 6 miles to the Rte 481 overpass (passing Great Northern Mall). Turn left onto Soule Road. Follow for 2 miles. Turn left into Clay Medical Center.

FROM CLAY MEDICAL CENTER TO SYRACUSE OFFICE:
Turn right out of Clay Medical Center onto Soule Road. Follow Soule Road to the entrance of 481 South. Follow 481 south to the second exit (Exit 9S, 81 South). Take 81 South to Exit 18 (Harrison /Adams). Stay in the left lane as you exit. Follow the underpass to the second light. Turn left onto Adams Street. Go up the hill to the second light (Irving Avenue). Turn right onto Irving Ave. The CNY Medical Center and its parking garage are on the left, directly across from the Crouse Hospital Emergency Room & just before the intersection of Irving & Waverly.

The Clay Medical Center is located on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Soule Road and Route 57 (Oswego Road) in Liverpool. Using the Route 57 entrance, Suite 140 is on the left just inside the door. Please call (315) 641-1966 with any questions.
