Dr. Dennis W. Reedy
Dennis Reedy is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He trained in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical College In Albany, NY and in Gastroenterology at the SUNY Health Science Center (now called Upstate Medical University) in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Reedy's areas of expertise include esophageal motility and management of diseases of the biliary tract.
Intikhab Iqbal, MD
Dr. Iqbal is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He joined Syracuse Gastro In April 2011 after the retirement of Dr. David Honold. He is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College. He Is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, New York Society of Gastroenterology and American Society for study of Liver Diseases. Dr. Iqbal diagnoses and treats all aspects of digestive diseases/disorders and maintains a special interest In colon rectal cancer screening, hepatology, and Capsule Endoscopy.
Adam M. Berg, MD
Dr. Berg is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He joined Syracuse Gastro in 2013 after finishing his fellowship in gastroenterology at Boston University Medical Center. He completed his internal medicine training at Yale New Haven Hospital and graduated from medical school at George Washington University in Washington DC. Specializing in fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT or fecal transplantation). He has a special interest in luminal diseases especially inflammatory bowel disease (IBD- ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease) and irritable bowel syndrome. He has several peer reviewed articles on IBD and Clostridium difficile.
Young Lee, MD
Young Lee is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He joined our team in October 2018. He trained in Internal Medicine at New Jersey Medical School / Rutgers University and Gastroenterology at Westchester Medical Center / New York Medical College. Dr Lee completed an additional fellowship in advanced endoscopy at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Sekou R. Rawlins
Dr. Sekou Rawlins is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He joined our team in October 2019. He graduated from the BsMD program at the Howard University College of Medicine before completing an Internal Medicine residency at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan. He completed a Gastroenterology fellowship at SUNY Upstate, and served as an Associate Program Director for the residency program- as well as a faculty member in the division of Gastroenterology for several years. He has a particular interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Natalya Iorio, MD
Dr. Natalya Iorio is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. She is originally from California and graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). She completed her internship and Internal Medicine residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She then completed her Gastroenterology fellowship at Upstate Medical University. Dr. Iorio joined Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates in November 2019.
Brittany L. Maloney, PA-C
Brittany graduated from Daemen College's Physician Assistant program in Buffalo, NY in 2015. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants. Brittany is a Syracuse native, who in many different capacities, has worked and volunteered at local hospitals within the community. She participates in frequent medical mission trips and has provided medical care to many underserved communities in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Honduras. Brittany joined Syracuse Gastro in 2017
Aaron G. Jannetti, PA-C
Aaron is a Syracuse native who graduated summa cum laude from LeMoyne college in 2012 and from the LeMoyne College Physician Assistant program in 2016. Following graduation, he worked as a surgical Physician Assistant at St. Joseph’s Hospital for four years in various surgical specialties and is certified in robotic surgery. He joined Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates in 2020.
Tracy H. Walker, FNP-C
Tracy graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2012 with a Masters Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Family Practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners-Syracuse Chapter, and the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State. She is board certified through the AANP. Tracy grew up in the Boston area, and before moving to Central New York she lived in New Hampshire. Prior to working at Syracuse Gastro she worked in Bariatric and General Surgery for Crouse Medical Practice. Tracy joined the Syracuse Gastro team in 2021.
Jessica K. Lockwood, PA-C
A lifelong resident of Syracuse NY, Jessica graduated from Le Moyne College’s Physician Assistant program in 2007 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences. Prior to taking the position at Syracuse Gastro, Jessica spent several years working in Internal Medicine and most recently spent 5 years in Otolaryngology. She joined the Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates in 2021.
Kelley Hull, PA
Kelley graduated from the Clarkson University Physician Assistant program in May 2023. She joined the Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates team in July 2023. Kelley is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants. Kelley is a Syracuse native, who previously worked and volunteered at various regional Syracuse healthcare facilities.
Ashley LaValley, FNP-C
Ashley graduated from LeMoyne College’s Nurse Practitioner program in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Family Medicine. She is board certified through AANP. Ashley joined the Syracuse Gastroenterology Associates team in July 2023. She is a Syracuse native with previous experience in family and emergency medicine and women’s health as a registered nurse.
