Dennis Reedy is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He trained in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical College In Albany, NY and in Gastroenterology at the SUNY Health Science Center (now called Upstate Medical University) In Syracuse, NY. Dr. Reedy's areas of expertise include esophageal motility and management of diseases of the biliary tract.
Dr. Berg joined Syracuse Gastro in 2013 after finishing his fellowship in gastroenterology at Boston University Medical Center. He completed his internal medicine training at Yale New Haven Hospital and graduated from medical school at George Washington University in Washington DC. Specializing in fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT or fecal transplantation). He has a special interest in luminal diseases especially inflammatory bowel disease (IBD- ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease) and irritable bowel syndrome. He has several peer reviewed articles on IBD and Clostridium difficile.
